It's really fun discussion on Your talk page. But Malikxan is not "someone" but another administrator of the Uzbek Wikipedia. In fact, the article has been restored by Nataev (the administrator of the Uzbek Wikipedia) and later was kept by Malikxan (the administrator of the Uzbek Wikipedia). It looks a little strange not only discussion on Your talk page but and attempt to convince two adminisrators of the Uzbek Wikipedia in unrelibliness of sources by users who has nothing to do with the Uzbek Wikipedia and don't know the Uzbek language (Is my guess about language correct?). It's just really difficult to tell what is actually meant because the coordinate is very far away from the border, the reference for the coordinate only is a general reference to the source and there's also no reference to the bridge/river/tunnel/municipality. Both individual items and the collective one are meaningful: the individual cemeteries meet notability criteria, as pointed out by Wolverène; and together they have an identity (for instance, they have common regulations). A test to see whether an item like this make sense is whether there are specific statements that one can make for it: and it is the case here. For instance, there is an official web page and an email address for the group of cemeteries (and not for the individual ones).

Looking around, this situation is not unique: see for instance Cemeteries in Łomża (Q30574768), cemeteries at Hallesches Tor (Q1457560), Cemeteries in Vienna (Q2568894). I've not looked beyond the first page of search results, but there are multiple cases of collective items about cemeteries, some with also individual items and some without. Curiously, the first one (and the individual items) was created while importing the Wiki Loves Monuments database on Wikidata, like municipal cemeteries (Q56258349).

@Laurentius: The situation is completely different. Saying "cemeteries in Biella" is like saying "Parks in New York" or "Beaches in San Francisco": it's just a personal way to group elements. It would be different if it were a public authority that manages all the cemeteries, but then it would be a different instance. Your examples of existing items have a different reason, because they have been created to connect existing voices of Wikipedia or categories in Commons, and that's not our case. I suppose that you created the item because the municipality of Biella, in its authorisation for WLM, said a generic "cemeteries", and you created for them a WLM ID. @CristianNX: Actually this case is not "cemeteries in Biella". They are not identified by location, but exactly by the public authority that manages them (the municipality). This is why, as pointed out in my previous message, Cimitero monumentale di Oropa (Q59641282) is in Biella but it is not part of the group.

I created the item to connect to a Wiki Loves Monuments identifier. As to why it was structured in this way, you know better than me, since it was done by you. I agree with you that there is a better way to list those cemeteries in WLM, and it should be done in the future. Even if the WLM listing changes, it will still be useful to keep the old information. In any case, I think it's better to focus on Wikidata here, and not on Wiki Loves Monuments organization and history. If there's another language label missing from the party's item it can be added there, and if there's an article in another language, it can be added to the item. Not deleted; infoboxes outside of Wikidata are often not fed only by Wikidata, thus we cannot fix them by doing something here —MisterSynergy (talk) 20:18, 20 May 2020 (UTC)
