There are 2 to 5 patients with coronavirus in Russia, in almost all of known cases they are actually Chinese citizens who are living there. All Russians which are returning from China are holding under forced quarantine. So I don't believe in coronavirus outbreak in Russia to the date. You may say that the Russian govt are hushing up the scale of the epidemy and yes, it may be true but it's still rumoured/unproven. No external sources except Twitter, no interwikis, all that's justifying the existance of the item are links from another ones (can be removed without loss of relevant info) and the Commons category. We are not ones like Nostradamus or Baba Vanga, we don't know how the coronavirus will behave even in the upcoming March. The item doesn't include anything serious that could met the notability criteria. I may refuse from the nomination in some future if I'll see the confirmation of the fact that's there's coronavirus outbreak/epidemy in Russia.
