Notified participants of WikiProject Authority control We have here a new case of VIAF member changing its ID (see Wikidata:Property proposal/SNK ID (2) and Wikidata:Property proposal/VcBA ID for some previous cases); CANTIC has dropped its old ID CANTIC ID (former scheme) (P1273) in August (see Property talk:P1273#Format problem in August 2021), now the new ID - the so-called "new long numeric ID" - is stable and has a new formatter URL. The old property will add "(old)" to its label and the description will be changed in order to redirect the user to the new property. Since the old ID is still present in MARC21 (the old ID is in 035, the new ID is in 001), it will possible to copy the old IDs into new IDs. Epìdosis 13:20, 7 October 2021 (UTC)
