L'he redirigit a Barcelona (rest of the province) (Q47061194), que és l'item especfic sobre aquesta circumscripció del Parlament de Catalunya que ja s'havia creat. Call for participation in the interview study with Wikidata editors[edit]

Dear FogueraC,

I hope you are doing good,

I am Kholoud, a researcher at the King’s College London, and I work on a project as part of my PhD research that develops a personalized recommendation system to suggest Wikidata items for the editors based on their interests and preferences. I am collaborating on this project with Elena Simperl and Miaojing Shi.

I would love to talk with you to know about your current ways to choose the items you work on in Wikidata and understand the factors that might influence such a decision. Your cooperation will give us valuable insights into building a recommender system that can help improve your editing experience.

Participation is completely voluntary. You have the option to withdraw at any time. Your data will be processed under the terms of UK data protection law (including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018). The information and data that you provide will remain confidential; it will only be stored on the password-protected computer of the researchers. We will use the results anonymized (?) to provide insights into the practices of the editors in item selection processes for editing and publish the results of the study to a research venue. If you decide to take part, we will ask you to sign a consent form, and you will be given a copy of this consent form to keep.

GEC[edit]

Please notice, that if an added statement is based on Mix-n-Match, it must be deleted from MNM too (example of reverted match, matched by Xavier Dengra. It's easier to check this with Wikidata tools, for example User:Magnus Manske/mixnmatch gadget.js and User:Bargioni/MnM ext2.js. If not, someone will sync GEC catalog with Wikidata and bad entries will be added again. Matlin (talk) 19:44, 30 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I extracted the term from this GEC article. As it mentions both «literatures hispàniques» and «literatura espanyola» I thought they would be different things, maybe «literatures hispàniques» would also include Catalan or Portuguese literatures. But now I think that the plural may be only to remark that, although the Spanish language is the same, it is spoken in different countries with literatures that could be considered separately. I think you're right. Q108805509 is about literature from the Iberian Peninsula (whatever the language), while Spanish literature (Q109606544) is about literature only from Spain and in Spanish (which is castellano only I suppose). CaLéValab (talk) 12:11, 7 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

UB CRAI - Universitat de Barcelona[edit]

Fa uns dies el CRAI de la UB va canviar els identificadors que fa servir. Ara ja no fa servir els identificadors antics, que anaven a University of Barcelona authority ID (former scheme) (P1580); sinó els nous, que van a CANTIC ID (P9984). Per tant, sí que es pot vincular amb Wikidata, però amb la propietat CANTIC ID (P9984). I, en aquest cas concret, ja està fet. I am Kholoud, a researcher at King's College London, and I work on a project as part of my PhD research, in which I have developed a personalised recommender system that suggests Wikidata items for the editors based on their past edits. I am collaborating on this project with Elena Simperl and Miaojing Shi.

I am inviting you to a task-based study that will ask you to provide your judgments about the relevance of the items suggested by our system based on your previous edits. Participation is completely voluntary, and your cooperation will enable us to evaluate the accuracy of the recommender system in suggesting relevant items to you. We will analyse the results anonymised, and they will be published to a research venue.

The study will start in late January 2022 or early February 2022, and it should take no more than 30 minutes.

As far as I can discern, the correspondence of the two organists is as following:

In the article Jeroni de la Torre the Gran enciclopèdia de la música probably has mixed up both organists: "Fou organista ajudant des del 1645 a la catedral de València, on era mestre de capella Diego de Pontac i més tard ho fou Urbán de Vargas." This corresponds to the first organist (Jerónimo de la Torre (Q107541847)) and not to the second (Jerónimo Latorre (Q61061374)).

Sobre l'article de Joan Carles Usó[edit]

Disculpa que te escriba en castellano pero no domino el catalán, a pesar de entenderlo bien. He visto que has introducido cambios en la ficha de Wikidata de Juan Carlos Usó/Joan Carles Usó, y he pensado que quizá querrías ayudarme a corregir el que tiene asociado a la versión en catalán de la Wikipedia. Yo lo hice desde cero para la versión española, artículo verificado y agradecido sendos editores de la Wikipedia en español, por lo que entiendo que está correctamente formulado. Sería un placer que tomaras y tradujeras de aquel artículo a Viquipèdia todo aquello que pueda serte de utilidad. Seguiré ampliándolo en el tiempo del que disponga, pero parece cumplir los criterios que se exigían y que todavía aparecen señalados en la versión en catalán. Hola Foguera, la Enciclopèdia de l'Esport Català (https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property:P5513) ha cambiado su dirección web anterior.

Antes tenía esta: https://www.enciclopedia.cat/EC-EEC-$1.xml Ahora tiene esta: https://www.enciclopedia.cat/esportpedia/

Desconozco la forma de actualizarla y recurro a tí, porque he visto que hiciste actualizaciones en la entrada muy acertadas. Yo no puedo.

Així segurament la solució és marcar la propietat Enciclopèdia de l'Esport Català ID (P5513) com obsoleta i crear-ne una de nova. Quan tingui més temps, intentaré fer-ho.
