Swedish description (again)

LittleGun: Regarding Talk:Q16503/Archive 2#Swedish description: I think that this description is pretty long, but more importantly, the description needs to be equally true for sv:src:Wikisource:Mötesplatsen, sv:voy:Wikivoyage:Salongen, sv:v:Wikiversity:Café etc. Might I suggest something shorter and more general like "övergripande Wikimedia-diskussionssida"? I did not realize that, since the Swedish label is "Wikipedia:Bybrunnen". So the label need a different, more generic, name too.

What about:

Labename: "Gemenskapsportal", and;

Description: "övergripande diskussionssida för Wikimediaprojektet"?

LittleGun: The longer the descriptions are, the harder it is to use them for anything in the user interface. I think we are doing readers a disservice if any description takes up more than one line on a phone. Also, for longer summaries, there is mw:Extension:TextExtracts. If the Wikidata descriptions become too long, one of the two systems is redundant.

The label must not be too generic. Remember that an item's label–description combination has to be unique among all Wikidata objects. Also, we don't invent our own labels for the sake of being inclusive. The alternative names are supposed to be in "alias". As you can see, "Wikisource:Mötesplatsen" is already listed as an alias. Nirmos: But a of course a label must include what it is used for? Having labelname Wikipedia:Bybrunnen and include Wikisource:Mötesplatsen as a label is as having labelname Icehockey and include Bandy as an alias. • After:ウィキメディアの運営や方針・アイディア等の議論を行う場所
• Reason: "Village pump(井戸端)" is not unique to Wikipedia. Also, I thought it would be better to shorten the explanation a little.
