Translations[edit]
Ciao Fierodelveneto, I honestly think e. g. these translations make little sense:
- [1] - the nominative is "Altes Schloss" so maybe "Stagno Altes Schloss"?
- [2] - phantom hyphen?
- [3] - it makes IMO no sense to translate "Teich" but not "Amphibien an der ..." so maybe something like "Stagno dei anfibi alla Göppinger Steige" or "... alla salita di Göppingen"?
- [4] - ditto ... no sense to translate "Teich" but not "auf dem" so maybe "Stagno sul Konnenberg"?
These are just a few examples I spotted. My suggestions refer to standard Italian as I have no knowledge of Venetian, you'd adjust accordingly. Regards --Dealerofsalvation (talk) 05:43, 10 January 2022 (UTC)
- @Dealerofsalvation: Hi, yesterday I did some rough translations which 98% of the time are right. In the Venetian language, as in other Latin languages, a name is Venetianized as much as possible, therefore the translation of Teich is necessary. German is spoken in Tyrol and in some parts of Veneto and the ponds are also translated, to give a concrete example. Obviously, there could be errors like the ones you just reported to me, one I had seen, that is the third error you reported to me, the others I had not yet seen, since I am double-checking 7000 translations. Thank you for noticing these issues, and if you notice something wrong, please help me to correct it thank you very much, otherwise cancel my change, so I receive the notification and immediately replace the error with the most correct translation ! Nanyang Wikidata[edit]

In In more languages - All entered languages section of the wikidata page for Nanyang, the latin label is Nanyang. In fact, the latin label should be Nanyanga (link to the latin wiki). Could you change the latin label to Nanyanga and add Nanyang under the Also known as column?
