Keep, To have an item at Wikidata it's unnecessary to be notable for Wikipedia and surely unnecessary to be famous. Wikidata must not protect private life of any person described with an item, moreover in current condition the item can't violate privateness (e.g. no info about children, spouse, residence etc.).
