These items were created by various IPs, all of which are, based on technical (WHOIS) and behavioural evidence, the same person as 121.213.183.134 (which was recently blocked for disruptive editing). 121.214.230.66 was an older IP which was blocked twice for creating non-notable items and is currently globally blocked for "long-term abuse". This person creates non-notable items, often "x in y" or "x of y" type items, such as the "history of..." items that the most recent IP, 121.213.183.134, was focused on; there are also some groupings of items and places. This person is also fond of linking items to incorrect Quora topic ID (P3417) identifiers and repeatedly changing them, as well as creating an item for one thing and later changing it to an item for something else (see the previous RfD for the most recent IP's items, Wikidata:Requests for deletions/Archive/2022/04/22#Items created by 121.213.183.134).
