After one intense day of attending to sessions and networking, and before starting the second one, we're offering you a moment to relax, empty your mind, and get a lot of energy to jump into the new day.
This session is an introduction to meditation technics, well-known for relaxing the body, reducing the stress and balancing the emotions. We will experience together simple and efficient exercises to start the day with consciousness and good energy. A calm and relaxing session, designed for beginners and also profitable for more experienced people.
The session will be inclusive, respecting everyone's individuality and space, so you can enjoy a great moment and dive back into the conference.
No preparation needed, you should just come at 8:40 wearing comfy clothes. The rest will be provided in the room. Participation is limited to 20 people.
