Motivation

Database supported by the Australian government, covering Australian Rainforest flora, giving descriptions of taxa. While this gives both family and genus descriptions, a family description gives only the genera found in Australian rainforests, and similarly, the genus description gives only species found in Australian rainforests. For this reason it should probably not be used for families or genera but only for species and infraspecies.
