Thanks, there seems to be some issues with your code though (possibly because my talk page uses flow). I am not "Tovhw8vkh8f2c9b0" :)

It must be in MediaWiki:Gadget-markAdmins.js; I now added an extra space. If it does not help, and you have no further ideas, I am going to ask for help.

Template:AdminWelcome uses a {{BASEPAGENAME}}, but with Flow, page names actually look like Topic:Tovhw8vkh8f2c9b0, so it cannot get the user's name this way. I can't find how to get it though.

Just cheat and make it an added parameter? or {{admin|{{BASEPAGENAME}}}}?

The template was set up by Lar on Meta 10 years ago, and they are hardly active anymore. It was imported here by Rschen7754. I guess we just need to ask at the Project Chat whether anybody understands what is going on.

Asked for help about the user name in Flow. The You have your gun; now here's your badge: {{User admin}}/{{#babel:admin}} and {{Admin topicon}}. Enjoy! on the left looks kind of weird but I am not sure what was intended.

The templates also had i18n issues (English version shown by default to all users, even without Flow, and link to other languages leading to the template namespace. I may be able to fix this one but I probably won't have time until to look at it until friday.

There is some text at mw:Flow/Draft that @DannyH (WMF) put together, they may be able to assist over there, or maybe over here about how to get the parent path for where a flow conversation resides.
