Roi v. Roni[edit]
@Wolverène: If this person's name is Roi then why does the linked orcid id call them Roni? Is that data bad or is the ORCID ID wrong? Honestly I don't know what's going on here. BrokenSegue (talk) 13:11, 28 July 2021 (UTC)
- @BrokenSegue: The original ORCID ID of this item was 0000-0003-2576-2063. Someone convinced ORCID to deactivate all information, but see here for the most likely original meaning. There have been some attempts to reuse this item for a “Apple Certified Support Professional” by the same time and countless attempts to get this item deleted. --Emu (talk) 13:36, 28 July 2021 (UTC)

Thank you @Emu: and @BrokenSegue: for understanding. I'm just wondering how is it possible to request the deactivation of an ORCID account if this should be a personal page, and Roi Ben-David (the true R.Ben-David) should've been created it itself and should be the only one who can moderate it directly.
The funniest thing is that an 'Apple Certified Support Professional' is vandalizing data here and spoiled the information at ORCID instead of asking Google to fix the knowledge graph in a proper way (initially he wants exactly this). I feel somewhat awkward holding the defense of this item for a couple of months and it seems only the start...:/ --Wolverène (talk) 17:19, 28 July 2021 (UTC)

- I have around six namesakes according to Google, none of them are in Wikidata. My given & family names are relatively rare, the combination had to be even more rare, so for a long time I thought I'm unique in the land. What a disappointment.:) --Wolverène (talk) 03:47, 29 July 2021 (UTC)
