• I don't think so. Pigsonthewing seems to be correct in his initial review. NCI Thesaurus ID is better to be treated as a pure Code string to be used across multiple Value Sets that NCI maintains mappings for. In other words, the NCI Thesaurus ID Code string can be queried across multiple NCI URLs (sub databases) not only the NCIthesaurus (NCIt) database. And it looks like we already created a property to hold the CUI Concept Unique Identifier that NCImetathesaurus (NCIm) uses as the top level identifier in its grand terminology database which holds complete mappings via &type=all. • I think this wasn't converted because of the many single value constraint violations. However, looking at Wikidata:Database_reports/Constraint_violations/P1748#"Unique_value"_violations, these seem to come mainly from different sources mapping the same item to the same value differently. Obviously, if the property isn't used with "mapping relation type"=exact map, it's also less likely to be using "external-id" datatype.
