Source website update

Hope I didn't skip some bureaucratic steps that I shouldn't, but I updated the source website because Slovene Ministry of Culture migrated the registry to a GIS portal which is now the authoritative one (old site still works, but is not being updated anymore). — Yerpo ^Eh? 14:36, 3 November 2018 (UTC)

   Done. Note: the new website allows machine reading, it should be possible to import the database in Wikidata. I asked Edgars2007 to check it, I'd appreciate a pointer to someone more active if he doesn't reply soon. — Yerpo ^Eh? 07:27, 4 November 2018 (UTC)

I updated website because Slovene Ministry of Culture change the way how to search engine works (https://gisportal.gov.si/portal/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=df5b0c8a300145fda417eda6b0c2b52b&find=$1). I hope that my updates are ok. --Pinky sl (talk) 18:30, 21 December 2021 (UTC)
