Committee

During and after the event, we would like to document all the organization and contents, to make sure that people can have access to the information, be able to learn more about what we did and the outcomes of the conference.

The documentation master is a great role if you like to carefully gather information, if you're more at ease in front of a computer than in front of a crowd, and if you're not afraid of a bit of wiki syntax.

The person responsible for documentation is Léa Lacroix (WMDE).

Missions[edit]

  • Prepare the documentation pads for each session
  • Be the contact with the room angels for anything related to documentation
  • Be the connection between remote people asking questions in the pad, and the speaker (optional)
  • After the event, help collecting all the slides, video links, etc.
