- I withdrawn my candidacy, because seems that community is not yet ready for local bureaucrats. --Stryn (talk) 20:44, 6 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Stryn[edit]
Vote
RfP scheduled to end at 10 January 2013 16:44 (UTC)
- Stryn (talk • contribs • new items • new lexemes • SUL • Block log • User rights log • User rights • xtools)
Immediately after I transcluded my own Request for Bureaucratship, I sent an email to two other users that I thought would be ideal candidates for the initial round of 'crats. Stryn was one of them. While I have had very little personal contact with Stryn, I have been impressed by both his level of activity in both the admin and bot approvals boards, and his observational skills in the latter. I also admit to being slightly awed by his edit count. At just under 20,000 edits, he's put in a truly impressive amount of work on the project. For those reasons, I am proud to nominate Stryn for bureaucrat. Sven Manguard Wha?

- Oppose this vote isn't against the candidate, it's against having bureaucrats for now. IMHO it's far too early to elect local 'crats and there would be absolutely not much to do for them. Regards, Vogone (talk) 01:18, 4 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

- Oppose Basicly for the same reason as I am opposing Sven Manguard´s request. In short I am not going to support any users for beurocratship that do not have any experience with bot-flag requests.--Snaevar (talk) 15:31, 4 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Support For the same reason I support Sven. --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 16:20, 4 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

- Oppose – Nothing against the user but a while ago we had a discussion about this, resulting in the majority of the commenting users rejecting the idea of having bureaucrats currently. Now not only we have 3 RfBs against that consensus, but have proposals to enlarge their "powers" to allow removing of admin rights and others. This is not serious, really. We can't have a discussion saying one thing and a week later do otherwise ignoring that discusion... For consistency I vote against. — MarcoAurelio (talk) 16:16, 6 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Oppose good work, but just like Vogone, I see no need for bureaucrats atm. Lukas²³ talk in German Contribs 17:12, 6 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Oppose per the reasons I gave in Sven's candidacy. —WFC— 17:29, 6 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
