Oppose The newer item, Karelia University of Applied Sciences (Q66116099) (which Sjiili created), should be merged into the older item. The new item has no sitelinks. If it is desirable to change the label of the older item because the institution itself has been renamed, this can be done without deleting or merging any items, so I'm not sure why it was necessary to create a new item. - Don't know why a new item was created in the first place. The oldest item's label could had been changed, and that's it. Both items have the same label (at least in English and Finnish), but it seems the university was previously named North Karelia University of Applied Sciences. The former name should be added as an alias, like Sjiili did on the new item. BTW, the item you created does not follow the guidelines provided by Help:Description.
