The base Mémoire is managed by the French Ministry of Culture. This property would be useful for a lot of items about French heritage elements. — Mathieudu68 talk 21:27, 22 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Discussion
  •  Support sure linking to the base Mémoire (Q2886423) is a great idea but  Comment I'm not sure how to best use this property... The example is not wrong but it doesn't seems exactly right either since it's linking a monument to a work representing the monument. It's not 1-1 and it could bring a lot of problems... (and it probably can't be an external-id if it's used this way). Cdlt, VIGNERON (talk) 08:32, 23 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
VIGNERON's comment is absolutely relevant; the example I provided was wrong. But I think we could still use the base Mémoire reference as an external-id on items about iconographic works such as photos, paintings or religious works. I provided a new example but I need the base Mémoire reference property to add further referenced statements to the item. — Mathieudu68 talk 10:12, 4 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
