Oppose Those aren't unique IDs for specific artists unfortunately, just search strings. Albums/songs by M.I.A. (Q204019) for example link to the "ID"/search string "M.I.A.". But instead listing of only releases by this artist, the results include releases like "MIA (Feat. Lil' Wayne)" by DJ Khaled (Q80805), "Mia" by Aerosmith (Q126826) or Mamma Mia (Q1131308) by ABBA (Q18233).
