Comment @Fordaemdur: How is this different from operating income (P3362)? Could that property be used instead, perhaps with a determination method (P459) qualifier? ArthurPSmith (talk) 16:48, 11 April 2024 (UTC)
- @ArthurPSmith:, EBITDA refers to earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization, while operating income (P3362) (EBIT) refers to earnings before interest and tax. Generally, EBITDA is used with the same frequency if not more frequently than operating profit (EBIT). They are two different accounting concepts and they exist within the same accounting standards frameworks. --Fordaemdur (talk) 17:03, 11 April 2024 (UTC)
