Support. Clearly separate to P2253, and used in Wikipedia. However, if the target URL is http://schoolsfinder.direct.gov.uk/8554050/overview, we should store8554050. - Oppose Service has been discontinued in favour of get-information-schools.service.gov.uk and compare-school-performance.service.gov.uk, both of which now use DfE URN (P2253) instead. --Lewis Hulbert (talk) 20:20, 13 December 2017 (UTC)
Comment while I can see there's support for this, this proposal stilschoolsfinder.direct.gov.ukl has problems:
- the proposed formatter URL link is broken (I get a "Service Unavailable" message) as of 1805 UTC 2017-09-28
- the proposed id format does not work with the formatter URL (it will need some kind of resolution support if this format is used - why not just use the pure number instead of the number with the / character?)
- somebody should please provide at least a little more detail on - what does DfE stand for? Who is responsible for these id's?
