Motivation

National Association of Italian Partisans (Q3626661) is the main association founded by participants of the Italian resistance against the Italian Fascist regime and the subsequent Nazi occupation during World War II. I think this would be a relevant identifier for a place, since it is an as authoritative as useful resource.
