- There are (tens of?) thousands of institutions that might subscribe to one of these resources. How many such resources do we anticipate having? If it's less than a hundred or so then the inverse may make sense. Otherwise I think you'd need a special item for each subscription - which does suggest putting it into its own wikibase instance.
