Magnoliidae is a name in the rank of subclass. It may be attached to any kind of taxon (see Magnoliidae Q1392053, where it is used for the Angiosperms). It thus may, or may not, comprise the same plants as the Magnoliids (Q846071). - Brya (talk) 05:57, 2 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

But none of these articles are about that name; they're about a group of plants. --EncycloPetey (talk) 05:25, 5 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Nope, you have misread them. These articles deal with various groups of plants; the one common denominator is that these groups are all named Magnoliidae (very unorderly, just like in real life). - Brya (talk) 11:22, 6 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Edit warring

[edit]

I caution all parties in the current dispute to resolve it by discussion on this page. While we have no policy on it yet, edit warring is considered disruptive and should it get out-of-hand, the page may be protected and/or users blocked.--Jasper Deng (talk) 00:24, 7 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, I do hope the admins keep an eye on this (as for discussion, see here). - Brya (talk) 05:27, 7 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
And this discussion. --Succu (talk) 09:40, 7 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
He may have a point about the Korean article; that is a hopeless hybrid and placement in either may be argued. - Brya (talk) 10:44, 7 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
