Task/s: Import good datasets from Freebase

Code: Should be published soon

Function details: Take some subsets of the mapped Freebase data that seem to have a good quality and upload them directly to Wikidata when a consensus is reached on this new talk page. I am planning to start with the "reviewed" places of birth. The bot will only add statement if there is no existing statement with the same property. A test run has already been done.
