Motivation[edit]
I made the TMOK Info Bank (Q108100664) item. TMOK is the Turkish National Olympic Committee. It has data for each and every Turkish sportsman/woman that participate in any olympic games (winter, summer, etc.). For example I just used it as a source for Fatih Arda İpçioğlu (Q28821777). If people had seen his data at the TMOK (ID no 6407) WPs would not write his surname in a mis-spelled way! I have no idea how to make a property, I just entered into this template and lost my way. I will opt to leave the above part empty, hoping help from good samaritans, especially those that like to work on sports and sportspeople. Thank you very much. - can you explain what the identifier looks like? is there a URL? could you give examples of some identifiers for some people already in wikidata? with that information someone could fill in the above. BrokenSegue (talk) 02:05, 30 September 2021 (UTC)
- I already gave an example: Fatih Arda İpçioğlu (Q28821777). His TMOK ID number is 6407 and it can be seen here: https://www.olimpiyat.org.tr/Sporcu-Detay/6407.
