Motivation[edit]
This request proposes an identifier to cover bibliometric items in Switzerland related to the University of Neuchâtel, similarly to the ones of the University of Geneva and University of St Gallen, as part of the ongoing project.
As mentioned in previous proposals, some databases of local universities in Switzerland can be fragmented and of poor quality, which makes them unsuitable for integration into Wikidata as IDs. However, this proposed ID is of good quality and will be valuable for creating items for Swiss researchers.
This ID will also be a useful reference for affiliation (P1416) and educated at (P69) (the role of PhD student is clearly stated).--Alessandro Marchetti (WMCH) (talk) 11:57, 21 March 2023 (UTC)
