Motivation
The identifier provides useful biographical information about each member of the Assembly of Madrid (Q22998436), such as place of birth (P19), parliamentary term (P2937), position held (P39), place of birth (P19) or parliamentary group (P4100). A template for this identifier already exists in Spanish Wikipedia (Q8449) (Template:Assembly of Madrid (Q47472691)), with 125 categorised items; see: Q47472908), already prepared for migration to Wikidata.
