Motivation

Notified participants of WikiProject Italy Eight proposal from WD:IRIS; from the last one, we have clearly surpassed 10k IRIS IDs in Wikidata thanks to matches based on ORCID (the procedure is now described in the talk page of the project); the video of the conference of 9 October has been uploaded; we have received new positive feedback from some of the universities already involved and some small courses regarding Wikidata will start in the first half of November. Some Wikidata users around the University of Salerno said they are eager to start connecting their IRIS, so I propose this property to reinforce our coverage of research in Campania (after IRIS UNINA author ID (P9843)); we also hope, thanks to them, to reach in an easier way the IRIS staff for future reports of mistakes to be corrected. --Epìdosis 22:24, 27 October 2021 (UTC)
