Motivation

- Comment @Jsamwrites: As some minor feedback on this proposal, the "domain" field would ideally be software project (Q63437139), but as Wikidata currently doesn't distinguish open source software between software project (Q63437139) and software (Q7397), I can understand the choice of domain being software (Q7397). The "represents" field should then be a new Wikidata item which has label "Apache Project ID" and instance of (P31) unique identifier (Q6545185). Thoughts on these suggestions?
