Hey o/ Thanks for your contributions on the Delhi Metro connecting lines. You might like to take a look at Wikidata:WikiProject Delhi Metro :)

As you can see this is a placeholder of an Infobox, not a real image, so why do you instance of (P31) it?

Teolemon (talkcontribs)

I used harvest templates, and usually they are blacklisted to prevent addition. But It seems the blacklist doesn't extend to this one (I was working on the Chinese Wikipedia)

Stop doing too many edits in small period of time, get a bot instead. This is making trouble for servers. If you continue with this speed I might need to block you due to bot policy.

Ladsgroup (talkcontribs)

I had to block you, sorry. Tell me you stopped the process and I will unblock you.

Teolemon (talkcontribs)

I've stopped. Sorry.

Ladsgroup (talkcontribs)

Unblocked, please make a bot and continue doing so :) Thanks

Teolemon (talkcontribs)

I was using 6 windows of Harvest Template in // to harvest chunks of the same template.

Ladsgroup (talkcontribs)

you definitely should not do that without bot flag, and even with bots it should be kept around 60 edits per minute.

Teolemon (talkcontribs)

Ok, so it's about requesting the bot flag for my account and keeping it below the threshold, not the tool I actually use to edit (eg Harvest) ?

Ladsgroup (talkcontribs)

Yes that's correct.

Teolemon (talkcontribs)

Is it ok to use Harvest Template ? With a single window, as it's meant to be used ?

Ladsgroup (talkcontribs)

Yes :)

Hi, when adding COA images to person items, there is a specific property for that (coat of arms image (P94)), so it is much better to add them to that property and not to image (P18).

Teolemon (talkcontribs)

Harvested from the image field in a biography infobox. Duh :-(

Jklamo (talkcontribs)

That is why importing P18 from infoboxes is a bit tricky (also grave pictures). I usually do a fast check of harvested filenames just after harvest and also some queries like may help. Also test edits, when majority of harvested images are COA or graves, it usually means that infobox was already harvested. There is also a bit dirty "solution" placing P:P18:novalue.

This is a kind reminder that the following properties were created more than six months ago: CNO-11 occupation code (P1022), SBFI occupation code (P1024). As of today, these properties are used on less than five items. As the proposer of these properties you probably want to change the unfortunate situation by adding a few statements to items. --Pasleim (talk) 19:30, 17 January 2017 (UTC)

Hi Teolomon, in nearly all languages Q494312 refers to a type of machine, while the French language is linked to a Company. Could you please separate the French link to a new Q entry, and undo your last Change to Q494312? -- ~~~~

Bonjour Teolemon,

I've found out, that many non-UK companies have legal form (P1454):public limited company (Q5225895) set, which is impossible.

You've imported this statement e.g. at Chiquita Brands International (Q1074666). Do you know what went wrong? I am planning to write a manual for importing company data, so I'm interested in this.

Teolemon (talkcontribs)

It has been imported from the French Wikipedia using Harvest Templates, which has "Privé" which links to Private Company which redirects to "Private Limited Company"

And I'm really embarrassed.

Kopiersperre (talkcontribs)

Not your fault. The man who harvested German Wikipedias templates ran into the same error, because of wrong interwikis.
