Task/s: Fixing constraint violations that merely used the wrong property.

Function details: I give a list of items (for example radio station (Q14350) with located in the administrative territorial entity (P131)) and what property to replace (in the example, located in the administrative territorial entity (P131) with headquarters location (P159)) and it will do so.
