- Approved, no objections, and the bot is working anyway--Ymblanter (talk) 07:21, 17 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Operator: Magul (talk • contribs • logs)
Task/s: creating/importing sitelinks.
Function details: I'm right now working on creating circa 7000 pages of spanish municipios on pl.wiki and I would like to add sitelinks on wikidata. --Magul (talk) 16:39, 20 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Sounds good, do you have any test edits? ·addshore· talk to me! 20:37, 20 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Not yet. I'm right now on a stage of collecting data (for pl.wiki). BTW I have a lot of accual data (like area, population, density, location). I could upload it to wikidata (maybe as second step), but I can't find properties for area, population? --Magul (talk) 06:53, 21 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- I think you need to see the proposals here and here ·addshore· talk to me! 13:20, 22 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- I've finnaly managed to add some pages on pl.wiki, so I've been able to add some sitelinks to wikidata. You can find them here. --Magul (talk) 22:45, 25 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- I have had a look at a few and they all look good. It's a shame labels are not currently added :/ Is this something you could implement? (same as HazardBot) :) ·addshore· talk to me! 16:51, 27 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- I guess it shouln't be a problem to implement adding labels, but at first iteration I would like to add all municipios of Spain to pl.wiki (I have there some discussion about it right now and I will have to make some corrections at bot-created pages). At the next iteration I'm thinking about adding at wikidata: polish labels, area (if this property is right now possible, I cannot find it at Wikidata:List_of_properties/all - BTW there is some script error and translate problem on this page), population (this property dissapear from Wikidata:Property_proposal/Place. What does it mean?). I also can add commons categories (at least that, I have found on es.wiki) and commons page (is there a property for that?). I'm thinking also about adding instance of property (that very simple) and adding is in the administrative unit (and for every province adding subdivides into (administrative division) with all municipios). What do You think about that? --Magul (talk) 17:56, 27 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

- I think your bot has been editing logged out? If you add &assert=user to all your API requests, it ensures that you won't edit logged out. Legoktm (talk) 18:40, 2 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
- Yes, you're right - i found out after a while. Is there any possibility to shadow this IP edits and move them to bot account? --Magul (talk) 06:17, 3 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
