Motivation
[edit]Note: What valid means can depend on has characteristic (P1552).
In the quest to support metaclasses better in Wikidata I want syntax to specify their meaning better. It's part of the nature of being a brain region that the region is located in the brain. This property is intended to allow to specify this relationship explicitely.
In other cases the property can be used to present the user with suggestion when they use the object property of the properties for this type (P1963) statement.
