Mục đích[edit]
Sessionize is an abstract management system for conferences (for their calls for papers). Users who submit session proposals through the site can optionally enable a publicly accessible speaker profile. This profile is useful for corroborating a person’s claimed participation in a conference, though it isn’t authoritative, more like a social networking profile. The user can optionally list the Sessionize-managed events that they have or will attend, as well as the specific sessions that they have or will present. The user can add external events, as well as sessions that have not been submitted to a Sessionize-managed event; these events and sessions are indistinguishable from Sessionize-managed ones. The profile’s URL is intentionally discoverable via a URL slug, which the user can customize at any time. Sessionize identifies each user more durably by their e-mail address, which is kept private, making the URL slug the most suitable identifier for statements about Sessionize users. – Minh Nguyễn 💬 09:18, 11 April 2023 (UTC)
Discussion[edit]
- Comment I'd suggest a shorter name. Perhaps just "Sessionize speaker ID"? --99of9 (talk) 05:17, 8 August 2023 (UTC)
