Motivation[edit]

This is a major Library of Congress controlled vocabulary that does not yet a property in Wikidata. Properties for LC Name Authorities, LC Subject Headings, LC Genre/Form Terms, and LC Demographic Group Terms have already been established. LCMPT should also have a Wikidata property. Once it is established, LCMPT IDs can be added to Wikidata items for musical instruments, ensembles, and voices. UWashPrincipalCataloger (talk) 01:51, 28 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
