Motivation[edit]
Prior art: CreativeCommons defines cc:prohibits as A License prohibits a Prohibition.
We currently don't have a structured way to express this relationship. I'm still not clear about how to best write the description.
mandates (P4424) has the description action or status required or requested by a motion. We might copy that, but I'm not sure whether the term motion is general enough. ChristianKl ❪✉❫ 14:57, 18 June 2020 (UTC)
