@Fraxinus: hi, I removed also Polish link, because Q1353202 is an main space article. Both Polish nad Croatian link were about WLM in project space, and it shouldn't be mixed. Yarl 💭  20:40, 31 August 2017 (UTC)

Duplikaty

Cześć, w przypadku zespołów zabytków znajduję duplikaty w wikidata - są elementy wrzucone przez Twojego bota oraz te skojarzone z artykułami na pl.wiki lub kategoriami w commons. Przy oznaczaniu zdjęć z życiem "depicts" robi się bałagan - których elementów używać? Przykłady: Q11739758 i Q33506472, Q17333872 i Q33503329. Trudno je znaleźć, bo mają różne i niekompletne nazwy w polskim i angielskim. Nie analizowałam skali problemu, ale na razie strukturalnie opisałam niewielki procent moich zdjęć zabytków, więc jest potencjał. Jakieś pomysły? Pozdrawiam, Nova (talk) 08:28, 8 March 2020 (UTC)

@Nova: Hej. Jak widzisz duplikaty to oczywiście łącz elementy. Duplikaty niestety są bo ładowanie zabytków hurtem niesie ze sobą takie ryzyko. No i problem jest taki, że ciężko je z automatu wykryć, więc zostaje w większości praca ręczna. Yarl 💭  20:36, 15 April 2020 (UTC)

Tak jak pisałam, problem jest też ze znalezieniem elementów wrzuconych botem. Spodziewałam się jednak wsparcia, a nie rady, że mogę sama sobie wszystko zrobić. I tak to robię, ale mnie interesuje opisywanie zdjęć w Commons, wikidata traktuję instrumentalnie, a robiąc wszystko nadal ręcznie można się tu zagrzebać na lata. Przydałoby się np. uzupełnić wykazy zabytków na WP:WLZ o linki do ich elementów utworzonych przez bota, albo nawet niepełna lista duplikatów po numerze z infoboksu w artykule i elementu z takim nuemerem utworzonym przez bota. Re:dom przy ulicy X

Przyznam, że brzmi to mi strasznie nienaturalnie. Przykładowe "Mochnackiego 21" to dla mnie bardziej działka. Rozumiem pewne zalety usunięcia słów typu dom. Choćby to, że nieraz nie do końca wiadomo, czy coś jest kamienicą czy blokiem (nie wspominając o tym, jak właściwie zdefiniować kamienicę) albo budynek znacząco zmienił charakter. Wiem, że są budynki (zwłaszcza biurowce) mające nazwy własne w stylu "Krucza 50" i wtedy nie protestuję. Niemniej, wolę moją dotychczasową praktykę. Jednocześnie, na pewno nie jest to sprawa, w której bym szedł w wojnę edycyjną i jeżeli komuś będzie zależeć na takim przeniesieniu, zniosę to jakoś, nie rzucając łopatki. W przypadku ewentualnych przenosin, gdyby się okazało, że jest kilka budynków (wartych odrębnego elementu) o tym samym adresie, trzeba by i tak było zrobić jakiś wyłom (kamienica frontowa przy ulicy X, oficyna kamienicy przy ulicy X itd.) @Panek: Jasne, może być też tak, że pod tym samym adresem było kilka kamienic które zmieniały się w czasie, jest wiele scenariuszy.

W moim rozumowaniu kierowałem się tym co już de fakto w projekcie zastałem, czyli obiekty typu 70 avenue des Champs-Elysées, Sarphatipark 63, Sarphatipark 43-45, Mietshaus Baseler Straße 44 Kadettenweg & Friedrichstraße, Hindenburgdamm 127–128, 14, Belvedere Drive. Nie wydaje mi się żeby istniały jakieś spisane standardy nazewnictwa, ale pomyślałem że warto jednak się umówić na jeden rodzaj zapisu. Yarl 💭  14:00, 21 April 2020 (UTC)

Query for Polish municipalities?

Hello, can you help me define a query that outputs all about 2500 Polish municipalities (municipality of Poland (Q15334)? I can't - I have either too many or too few results. Vojtěch Dostál (talk) 19:57, 7 January 2024 (UTC)

Hmm, I get about the correct number of gminas if I do not count those which are directly instance of (P31) : municipality of Poland (Q15334) such as Wieluń (Q101530) (https://w.wiki/8myp).

Is Wieluń (Q101530) a gmina? Shouldn't the instance be removed as the corresponding gmina is at Gmina Wieluń (Q2149743)?

This is a reply more as a political scientist than WD editor: there are three types of gminas in Poland: urban municipality of Poland (Q2616791) (which is essentially a town or city and that's it), rural municipality of Poland (Q3504085) (which is a group of villages, none of which has city rights (prawa miejskie in Polish)) and urban-rural municipality of Poland (Q3491915), which is a town/city and some surrounding villages. Answering directly to your question: Wieluń (Q101530) is not a gmina. It is a town, which administratively forms part of Gmina Wieluń (Q2149743). For example, the Mayor of Wieluń is the head of executive branch in Gmina Wieluń (Q2149743). Powerek38 (talk) 15:44, 8 January 2024 (UTC)

@Vojtěch Dostál, Powerek38: I have modified the query to provide results including pl labels, as they are complete. (https://w.wiki/8nEi) It gives more results than necessary but it could be that there are some items for municipality of Poland (Q15334) that are no longer existing. That needs investigation. @Masti Yes. I had this query before, but then I found out the number is factually wrong and you can get about the correct number when you remove those which are direct instances of municipality of Poland (Q15334) rather then instances of its subclasses. @Masti @Powerek38 So... I compared your query results with the table at w:pl:Lista_gmin_w_Polsce. Of the 2476 municipalities linked in the table, 66 do not have instance:gmina or its subclass (examples: Olsztyn (Q82765), Pieszyce (Q9271758)). On the contrary, there are 633 items in your query which are not listed in the aforementioned list article (examples: Błażowa (Q122758), Nowa Dęba (Q610917)). So much for statistics. @Masti @Powerek38 Just fixed city with powiat rights (Q925381) which mistakenly had gmina as instance instead of subclass of (P279). This solved a lot of the issues. And I did two more small fixes - on Szklarska Poręba (Q186495) I added urban municipality of Poland (Q2616791) and on Pieszyce (Q9271758) I added urban-rural municipality of Poland (Q3491915). Now all municipalities listed at w:pl:Lista_gmin_w_Polsce have instance gmina or its subclass. I then removed instance of:gmina from all items which themselves are stated to be located in the administrative territorial entity (P131) in a different gmina (as for example Kożuchów (Q142101) AND which are themselves not former municipality (Q19730508).
