On w:Alia Shelesh only the number of followers from P8687 seems to be used when I remove the manually entered stats. The number of views from P2397 (which the bot updates) doesn't seem to get used. Not sure what's going on.

only the sub count was wired to be automatically pulled. for technical reasons the number of views isn't automatically fetched (though it could if more work were put into it)
The template only seems to use https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property:P8687 while the bot only updates https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property:P2397. But the bot did update P8687 in the past. It's unclear to me if the bot or the template needs to be changed.
The bot is still updating social media followers (P8687). See for example this edit. There may be an issue with the frequency of updates though which I'm looking into.
