Hi! I was a little uncomfortable reading one of your recent comments on WD:AN, specifically where you said "it looks kind of shitty on you as an administrator".

In this discussion you made some very good points about best practices around blocking IPv6 users. It would be good if such advice were documented somewhere. You might consider proposing an addition to Wikidata:Blocking policy.

Nevertheless, and notwithstanding Koavf's rather odd remark to which you were replying, I don't think it was appropriate for you to suddenly throw an accusation like that into the discussion. I'm not sure if you were aware, but Koavf is one of our newer administrators, having gained the status about three weeks ago. This might be a good time to encourage and guide them, rather than slinging insults.

@Bovlb, please do me the favor of not misgendering me again. My pronouns are known, and on record with Wiki preferences, so there is no need to use "they". Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback. I don't considering it to be misgendering when I don't actually know your pronouns, but I will try to take your view on board.

Thanks for setting your gender in preferences, but please bear in mind that it is difficult for other users to access this directly. The usual way on other projects (e.g. ENWP) is to use Template:They (Q22746444), but that template doesn't exist here on Wikidata. I'll look into creating it.

If this is important to you, you should probably add something to your user page. (I don't see an appropriate userbox.)

In the meantime, I would like to say that I will try to do better in future, but I still don't know what your preferred pronouns are. There is always going to be a need to refer to other editors without researching the preferred pronouns of each one, and I think you need to be tolerant of this, especially as yours are not easy to determine.

I have created the "they" template, and this is the result for you: he

Okay Bovlb. I'm taking that on board. Thanks.
