GND 043 is not equivalent to P27

Hi Magnus. AC2WD seems to assume that field 043 in GND datasets refers to the citizenship of a person and therefore can be used to make P27 statements in Wikidata datasets (e.g. Q74388924). However, GND 043 is used for "Land, das mit einer Person in Verbindung steht" – this will often be a country a person is a citizen of, but this is by no means always the case. It can also just be the country where they live and work, and there can be cases where there are multiple 043 codes for one person, e.g. when signifcant parts of their life and work are associated with each country. This is especially relevant for academic authors. A person born in and citizen of country A, working for a university in country B and publishing from there will most likely only have the code for country B in their 043 field, especially when their citizenship is not obvious from the materials librarians use to create GND datasets – and usually it isn't. I therefore think that 043 (and possibly similar fields in other authority files) should not be used to automatically create P27 statements in Wikidata.

I add another little issue about GND mapping: the equivalence of "Quelle" to official website (P856) is imprecise (e.g.); I would remove that too. Thanks!

Consider both on the to-do-list. Any suggestion on how to capture the information on Wikidata without 1:1 equivalence (so, not to use P27, but what else?)

I'm afraid I don't have a good idea either unless there's a more generic "related country" property that I'm not aware of.

May be allowing the ability to edit the batch created by GND reveal can be good step
