Hi, While I didn't do the CU, another CU did and confirmed to me they are socks. You can check the CU logs for that user. So technically the label is correct while I should have not set it?
Regarding talk page block, the user has been mass pinging admins in his talk page and harassing them. Which is part of general harassment of admins including but not limited to Special:Contributions/151.246.208.0/21 and even harassing admins in Telgeram Special:Diff/1591336787.
