I have move the MeSH descriptor ID (P486) from this page, because the page is about a zebrafish protein, and the page https://meshb.nlm.nih.gov/record/ui?ui=D018031 talks about it as mammalian. This affects some of your main subject (P921) additions, I think. I have placed the MeSH value on Gap junction protein alpha 1 (Q2356259).

Your decision to remove seems correct, why you would put it then on the human protein I don't understand, as MeSH treats it as family. I doubt that main subject statements are affected at all, as I did not use MeSH for them, do you have an example?
