I'm confused by the deletion of Q61812570 (Sobrado à Praça da Maciel, 2) rather than indicating a problem on the discussion page? It's a listed historic property in Brazil.

The item contains nothing but an English label for several days, which means that it does not fulfill any of the requirements from Wikidata:Notability. Now that it is restored, please make sure that there is a proper definition, plus either external identification or a Wikimedia sitelink.
Why did you delete it instead of adding something to the discussion page, or send a notification to my discussion page, as is done on other Wiki* projects? It's only been a month, I'd simply forgotten to continue editing the item.
We have way too many such cases each day in Wikidata to discuss each of them individually. There are over 600 deletions each day (average 2018), of which around maybe 10% are "discussed" at WD:RfD prior to deletion. The clear majority of item deletions happen without any discussion, and this is not violating any local policy.
