It doesn't look problematic in the diff, but further down, https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Q184169&diff=805632017&oldid=799562163#P570 one notes that there are 5 refs supporting the current date. Ideally type of change should be monitored unless the reference is "imported from Wikimedia".

No, there isn't. I'd push this to the developers since changes to sourced claims are really undesired.

In the meantime, could we just tag changes to P569 and P570 with day precision?

Could be tricky because internally look dates with any precision same...
