Move forward and create properties

The creation process of Wikidata:Property proposal/state of conservation was stopped after 2 months when it had a lot OKs and someone proposed to split in two properties. Then, you changed the status to wait for a new votation.

Now it's splitted, the two new proposals are voted again and I will be grateful if you can change the status to make it move forward. Thanks a lot
