Hi Lea,
Thanks for submitting the Wikidata track - I'm sure it will be very popular as always. Do you need any help with organising or running this session? If so, please send me a message.
Hi Lea,

Hey,
Thanks for asking! Well first, I need to take a bit of time to update it, since most of the initial volunteers are not coming anymore and we had to find some replacements.
Then, since I don't want to run all the sessions that are currently attributed to me, myself, I'm looking for someone who could talk about Wikidata and minority languages, giving an overview on what is done on Wikidata. Do you have any idea of who could give this talk?
I can do the introduction to Wikidata - I've got plenty of examples from the National Library of Wales which will be appropriate to use.
Look at all these red dots: https://tools.wmflabs.org/wikishootme/#lat=52.41650062167871&lng=-4.08019661801518&zoom=16&tiles=esri_topo&layers=wikidata_no_image. We need to take photographs of Aberystwyth for Wikidata items - perhaps this could be combined as a workshop, tour and social event?
Hey Simon, I hope you're doing well! Let me know if you need anything for your session. Also, I created a suggestion for a visit+editathon :) Feel free to improve it!
Hi Lea, I've got plenty of things to talk about during my session and I've made some nice data visualisations so it should be fine. Thanks for suggesting the editathon - if the weather is good we can edit on the beach! See you in Aberystwyth.
Hey Simon, and thanks again for doing outreach for Wikidata during the Celtic Knot :) When you have a bit of time, could you upload your slides on Commons and add the link here? Thanks!
Hey Lea,
No problem, I really enjoyed the Celtic Knot and it was great to have an opportunity to speak about Wikidata in the main session. There seemed to be a lot of interest so we should be able to improve the situation over the next 12 months and report back at next year's conference. My slides are on Commons and linked - I've also linked the SPARQL query that has the number of labels bound to each language.
