Hi, when adding COA images to person items, there is a specific property for that (coat of arms image (P94)), so it is much better to add them to that property and not to image (P18).

Harvested from the image field in a biography infobox. Duh :-(
That is why importing P18 from infoboxes is a bit tricky (also grave pictures). I usually do a fast check of harvested filenames just after harvest and also some queries like may help. Also test edits, when majority of harvested images are COA or graves, it usually means that infobox was already harvested. There is also a bit dirty "solution" placing P:P18:novalue.
