- The topic the item is dealing with has spanned multiple "most common names", with only one name shared among the eras, that being the Republic of China. Google Search uses wrong wikidata-data
[edit]If somebody types "taiwan" into google the search presents wrong informations ("Taiwan, country in Eastasia") I tried to change it to "island in Eastasia" but the article is protected. In fact, virtually no country recognizes Taiwan as a state. I would therefore like to suggest that the classification of Taiwan in wikidata be adjusted accordingly. The claim that Taiwan is an independent state is politically motivated and simply wrong. Quvai (talk) 13:16, 5 April 2024 (UTC)
