Changing the scope

@GiFontenelle, Sturm, Joalpe, Moebeus: Hello, fellow Wikidata editors! In a discussion with the people involved in the Musica Brasilis GLAM-Wiki project, we thought that we could change the scope of this property to reflect only the composers aspect of the website and propose another identifier for the scores. Being bold, I already proposed the new identifier for the scores, but want to hear from you if that is ok. I really think that splitting them will help with some issues we are having with the authority control templates on other projects and it is always good to reduce the regex.
